One of the differences between Emilee and other trainers I've had in the past, is the fact that she is totally flexible, and will adjust my workouts based on my pain level. Knowing that she understands the limitations of having chronic pain and that she won't push me past my limit makes me feel totally safe. It's a great feeling.
